Junior Financial Planner

Oxinas Partners Wealth Management is a local fast-growing Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. We are looking for an ambitious Junior Financial Advisor to join our team. If you are new to the Wealth Management Industry, this ground level role is an opportunity to start your professional path to success! You will work alongside our team to learn more about Financial Planning, Investments, and Wealth Management. The right candidate will have aspirations to grow into a Senior Advisor Role.

General Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the financial and investment planning industry
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Math preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in a financial planning firm
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
  • Well-spoken, articulate, and professional
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting advisors with paperwork and CRM systems
  • Completing financial and investment plans
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from our prospects and clients
  • Attain your Series 66 license within 3 months of onboarding
  • Strict adherence to compliance policies and procedures
  • Attend networking and social events

Certified Public Accountant

Oxinas Partners Wealth Management is a local Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) Firm. We specialize in Investment and Financial Planning. We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our practice. The right candidate will possess an immense knowledge of reviewing and completing taxes for individuals and businesses. The candidate will report to the Owners and is designed for the right individual who has a comprehensive knowledge of various tax planning tools and tax reduction strategies.

To succeed in this role, you need to have comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping, tax preparation, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and utilize financial, tax, and legal data from clients
  • Review tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports for individuals and small businesses
  • Evaluate and research challenging client related tax issues to identify solutions that reduce the tax burden
  • Determine tax savings and tax reduction strategies and recommend strategies to clients
  • Ensure you comply with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities
  • Field phone calls from clients and respond to clients emails
  • Work closely with clients to obtain tax information regarding potential deductions, educational grants, allowances, or other various reduction strategies
  • Keep updated with industry trends and changes related to taxes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • CPA Designation
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Must pass background and credit check.
